Materials and Methods Objectives:
1.- Know the incidence of congenital hearts defects in Hospital General SSA of second degree of medical attention. Material and Methods: We revised medical record and questionnaires of mortality II perinatal that they were diagnosed general SSA of Tepic Nayarit, México. like hearts congenital defects between January of 1990 to December of 1997 of the hospital, . In this study, alone we were included to the hearts anomalies that they were confirmed by means of clinical exploration, radiological study and/ or necropsy. The variables to study was: a.- maternal: age, gravid, for, number of consultation of looking after prenatal, weeks of amenorrhoea, illnesses of the mother. b.- Fetal or neonatal: type of death, peso upon being born, sex, days of time of survival, termination of the pregnancy, cianosis, anomalies congenital associates. c.- Pathology of the heart congenital defect: type of lesion: obstructive, valvular and wrong development: cardiomegaly, hypertrofia ventricular, main and secondary illness, only or multiple lesion. All the data were captured in questionnaire and Access program and excell 97. They in these programs were carried out bedding, analysis of statistical descriptive and r correlation of peso- amenorrhoea. The statistical analysis was carried out with chi- square and t student for small samples, with alpha 0.05 and coefficient of trust of 95%. The hearts with hearts congenital defects photo their specific lesions and were captured desjet 6100 by Scanner and the images were stored in jpg, gif and tiff. To the images gross in publishing software of image kodat carried out them an analysis of the thick edges, in order to observe some differences.
