Results We identified by retrospective analysis 25 cases of congenital heart defects (CHD) of 493 perinatal deaths. The clinical analysis of CHD is showed in figure 1.

The diagnosis of CHD is showed in figure 3 .

The associates syndromes were 13, 18 and 21 in 20 % of cases. The associated diseases were: clefts of lip and palte, eyes agenesia, Down´s syndrome, talipes, hidrocephaly, Non-perfored anus, pulmonary hypertensión, gastroschisis, polydactyly, hip congenital luxation and radial aplasia.
The CHD with cyanosis is showed in figure 7.
