Dr. Wang: Great presentation. Hope you have fun at the meeting.A couple of questions. First, by what mechanism would CO change Kca channels? Is it a direct action on the channel or does it involve intermediat metabolites? Which tissues show a change in the HO expression in diabetes? Is it only vascular smooth muscle or is it a broader phenomenon?
