Dr. Gayan-Ramirez: Hope you are enjoying the meeting. Great poster. If I understand it correct, the main SERCA isoform expressed in the diaphragm muscle was SERCA1a. How abundant was phospholamban? Is there sufficient phospholamban in this tissue to think that here SERCA could be regulated by phospholamban?
