Safta, L. (University of Pharmacy and Medicine Sibiu, Romania) Lupu, V. (University of Pharmacy and Medicine Iuliu Hatieganu, Cluj-Napoca, Romania) Abstract Background:Experimentally research of anxiety can be make by inducing a stress state(chemical or electric)or by research of the effect anxiolitic/inducing anxiety of some drugs of many psychopharmacologic testes.Testes of agression means by analogy a 'stress situation'. Psychopharmacologic in anxiety are studied also the alimentary and autonom reflexes.Calcium channel blockers(CCB) modulate stress reactions, emotivity, motility and alimentary reflex in a manner dependent of dose. Methods:CCB action were studied by psychopharmacologic testes at rats. The results were analised statisticly. Conclusions:CCB influence psychopharmacologic testes at rats and modulate fear state associated with anxiety.
