I tried to find some info about Isoprostanes and binding studies. there are precious few. Fukunaga et al (AJP 272:F477,1997) looked at binding of labelled 8-iso-PGF2alpha to rat mesangial cells and aortic smooth muscle cells. On the former prep, they found a single class of low-affinity binding sites (Kd-0.47uM) whereas on the latter there were both high (32nM) and low 0.94uM sites.
