SERCA3b is the only SERCA3 isoform expressed in endothelial cells to date, and it's expressed in all tissues studied. But, in all other tissues we examined SERCA3a is also present. To my knowledge endothelial cells are the only report of just one SERCA3 isoform present. We didn't detect the SERCA3c or another spliced variant.
