SERCA-Type of Calcium Pumps and Phospholamban

This is in regards to the fact that you found no SERCA3a in endothelial cells, but state later that it has been found in all tissue studied to date. As well, I believe that coexpression of SERCA3b or 3c with 3a has been recognised to be common in most tissues. Finally, I had thought that the occurence of SERCA3a in endothelial cells was reported, I may be wrong, though. Can you comment on this.
