Hi - interesting idea. We are always looking for new ways to purify enzymes and this may help. Do you know what groups are reacting to attach the probe to the matrix? Has anyone tried similar things with proteins to see how they react with the matrix? This sort of material might be very helpful in purifying DNA-specific proteins. SteveB.
