Hi Islam, hope things are going well. Great job !!! I was just wonder if anything have been reported about different distribution of SERCA2 and SERCA3 mRNA expression in different sizes and areas of an artery or vein. For example, the branches of the coronary artery that most commonly occluded vs the less common ones, since you are predicting a link between the oxidative stress level and SERCA distribution.
