Stephanie McLarty is CEO of REfficient, a sustainable, Hamilton–based company that connects companies to recycling services and provides clients with detailed sustainability reporting. REfficient has been recognized by the Canadian Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade as one of the top companies in the clean tech sector. Stephanie was one of three Young Professional Leaders appointed to the International Electrotechnical Commission in 2010.
