Theodore J. “Ted” Arcand ‘57

In 1958, Ted joined the Department of External Affairs, Government of Canada serving in the former Czechoslovakia, Denmark, Tanzania, and the Vatican. From 1979 to 1982, he served as Canadian ambassador to Lebanon, Syria and Jordan and was the Canadian ambassador to Hungary from 1982 to 1983.
