RESCHEDULED INFORMATION MEETINGS FOR MCMASTER PENSION SURPLUS      The Employees Pension Surplus Committee announces additional information  meetings to be held off campus.  If you have enough information to sign your Authorization/ballot please submit it now or as soon as you can.  Well before the end of April, the various Plan member groups will attempt to contact those who have not responded and we would like to make that task as easy as possible.  If you have misplaced your package or  authorization the Koskie Minsky toll free number is: 1-888-233-2852 and   the email address is: mcpension@koskieminsky.com.  In the next week or so, a letter will be sent out to all Plan members either confirming your authorization has been received or reminding you that it has not been received.               Meeting Place: Binkley United Church Auditorium 1570 Main Street West (about 3 blocks West of McMaster, across from Swiss Chalet; enter from parking lot into basement)       April 5 12:30 p.m.     meeting for All Active Plan Members April 5   2:30 p.m.    meeting for all Inactive Plan Members April 9   2:30 p.m.    open meeting for All members (both Active    & Inactive) April 9   5:30 p.m.    for Clinical Faculty Association

HOW TO READ THIS TABLE: Find your meeting in the table below by Group and Last Name and please attend at the appropriate Date/Time and Place.

If you cannot make your designated meeting, please attend one for your group at a different time, or attend one of the open meetings.

Meetings are organized according to the 5 following groups:
 

Active Staff – MUSA/TMG	Active staff except for Henderson Hospital and Thunder Bay
Retired/Deferred – Non Faculty	Includes all pensioners and other staff no longer active
Active Faculty – MUFA	All active Faculty and Librarians (here and elsewhere faculty includes librarians)
Retired/Deferred – Faculty (non –clinical)	Includes all non-clinical faculty pensioners and inactive faculty with a claim on the Plan
Active & Retired/Deferred Clinical Faculty	All Clinical faculty – active and inactive

Individuals not affiliated with any of these groups should go to the meeting that most closely fits their situation.   For example, staff from the Divinity College should attend the MUSA/TMG meeting with the appropriate alphabetical group.  Also, Active plan members, includes active employees, as well as those who are disabled, suspended or temporarily laid off.
