Congratulations, on a fine poster. I have one question. Is it not surprising that you get no response to norepinephrine in the smooth muscle of the prostate? Given the use of alpha-blockers to treat BPH I would have expected a good response to adrenergic stimuli. Is it possible that your culture conditions could cause a reduction in alpha-receptor number?
