Dr. Kaspar: Thank you for your interest. This kind of experiment is already possible on gas anesthetized animals. It would be now useful to avoid the imaging of the whole head by selecting coronal sections in the region of interest. That would probably be possible with the new stereotaxic atlas of Noelle Bons (Brain Res. Bull.)
