Very interesting report. I was wandering if MAP2C has a specific effect on DAT redistribution, or its something more general?
As you have indicated in the discussion, the cytoskeleton affects the trafficing of various proteins.
My question is whether you have studied the distribution of another protein(s) in the hDAT and hDAT/MAP2C transfected cells.
