Dr. Woodman: Fascinating results. Hope you are having fun at the meeting.I have a comment and a question. You have defined tolerance and sensitization as changes in the EC50 of the drug but your experiment are only at one drug dose and would not distinguish between a change in the max response vs. one in EC50. Question. Do you think that the stress induced locomotion and the D2 agonist induced locomotion are phenomenologically related or simply you have two different inputs giving you one output? The expected results would depend on the model which you think applies.
