Dear Dr. Grover:
Thank you for your interest in the study. Our opinion about "mosaicism" in these patients is that Turner's syndrome patients are alive because they are mosaics. We believe that 45,X syndrome does not exist.
Non-disyunction is the molecular mechanism involved in it, and can not be inherited.
