Dr. Coma: Hope you are enjoying the meeting. Great poster. There are two major issues of concern you can perhaps address. First is the patient confidentiality. Do you think that this system has a bigger chance of breach? The second is that I find that many graduate students today (these are not pathologists) rely so heavily on computer based Medline surveys that they are unaware of older works which are not available on the computer. I was on a thesis defence where a student did not know the answer to a crucial question on that topic, apparently because it had been settled over 20 years ago. Do you think that there is a chance of over-reliance on the hot new data on the Internet and forgetting the old data with the availability of this technology? If yes, how can that be avoided?
