I think all and each of the questions made in this abstract are worth one million dollar.
We really don't know up to which degree corticoids, even inhaled, will harm our patients. Recently FDA has submitted warnings about growth retardment in children using inhaled corticoids.
The most accurate answer will be given when the real molecular basis of allergic diseases are well known and even more, adequately understood. Meanwhile every word said in this field is pure speculation
