Dr. Buggati: Great presentation. Hope you have fun at the meeting.It is fascinating to see that one can relate bulbous swelling of phalyngeal joints with neurotic especially obsessive compulsive behaviour although I find this hypothesis difficult. Partly because I think there are far too many cases of neurotic behaviour and if so why only 4 cases of this disease are reported. Which hypothesis do your gut feelings favour?
