I would like to congratulate you for your excellent work. The different mechanisms for vasodlation of middle cerebral arteries from different species and the involvement of potassium channels are extremely important. I am interested in a clinical problem called cerebral vasospasm and about 60-70 vasospasm occurs in the middle cerebral arteries. Currently, monkey, dog, rabbit and rat model of vasospasm are extensively used. Your work may help us to explain the discrepancies in different models and evaluate the experimental treatment conducted in animals.
