Hi Dr. Kloner, it is very interesting therapeutic approach to reduce the tissues damage after myocardial infarction, however I wonder about how much evidence are there to support its mechanism as you stated " a reduction of high energy phosphate utilization in the myocardium". I was also wonder if you can comment on the correlation between the effect of hypothermia on the regional branches of the coronary artery (which I assumed to be constricted) and the reduction in the infarction size via RMH . Thx very much.
