Hi. In aortic endothelial cells, is SERCA3b the only SERCA3 isoform expressed or the only SERCA isoform expressed? As you can see, Khan et al have a poster showing that endothelial cells express both SERCA2 and SERCA3 mRNA in different endothelial cells except in vena cava endothelium which expresses only SERCA2 (Cell Biology Poster session).
