Thanks Paul. No, we haven't done any cross-linking - just run without beta-ME as shown in one of the figures. I think perhaps we should use two different exchanger constructs with different epitope tags, then we could verify cross-linking by immunoprecipitation, or something like that (I know you have used the 2D gel approach).
