The hypotheses that the fundamental nature of cell is immortal and mortality is an evolutionary phenomenon acquired by eucaryotes, and the suppress of cell division in soma have coupled to the accelerator system to initiate meiosis in germ, and clock rewinding (rejuvenating) will be done through interactions with the spatio-temporally specific cytoplasm are very novel and quite interesting. Do you have any idea about the evolutional process to the life span of mammalian cell from Paramecium ? .Can we rewind the clock of senescent nucleus in the special cytoplasm?
