>Grover: At this time the only way we have to prioritize the mRNAs we extract is to see first whether their protein counterparts are synaptically localized or they have some relationship to a particular neurological disease, synaptic facilitation or synaptic plasticity. If any of these criteria are met we will then carry out time-course experiments to see whether the messages decrease as a function of aging.
