1)The nucleation dependent polymerization model can explain the kinetics of all kinds of amyloid fibrils.
2)If you add fibril formation Ðrelaxing peptides, what changes will happen in your sigmoid curves
3)In the apoE knocked out mouse, deceleration of amyloid deposition (A-beta and AA) was reported, do you have any idea about it?
