Thank you for your nice visual presentation. I am not a pathologist, so my question is about the genetic background of insulinoma. In the introduction, it is stated that about 10% of the insulinomas are multiple, 10% are malignant, and 10% are associated with MEN-I. My question is whether a group of cases with multiple insulinomas is the same as a group of cases with MEN-I mutation?
Second, do you have any information about the MEN-I gene mutation in sporadic insulinomas?
Finally, this patient is 26 years old, looks very young. Does she have any familial history of insulinoma or related tumors?
Thank you for your kind consideration.
