Dr. Martinez: Hope you are enjoying the meeting. Great poster. In your poster#0387, you show that pGluAP decreased in breast cancer patients. Here you find a decrease in the membrane bound AspAP in the cancerous tissue and pGluAP in the cancer and adjecnt tissues. As the activities of these enzymes are going to vary from one individual to another, have you tested if a ratio of AP in cancerous tissue to serum and/or a ratio of membrane bound to soluble AP is a more robust measure than any one of these alone?
