Dr. Porres: I am glad to see your nice presentation and hope you enjoy the meeting. You indicate that GIS can be used for environmental risk factors using data from various internet sources. As you know different parties in such an assessment may have different interest and hence may have generated data bases to support their causes in a rather clandestine way. Given the sophisticated nature of the analysis required, how useful would GIS be in getting to the reality in such instances?
