Some of the responses to my initial question on measurability of success seem to indicate that I have made up mind that this network is not successful. I have not just the same as I have not decided that INABIS98 is a success or not. As a scientist, I make my living testing hypothesis and measurement is a large part of it. If some of you have ideas on what the measurables for such a success ought to be, I would like to share them. Since this forum is about sharing ideas, let us question useful of the network so that we do not have to invite any Congressmen here (I despise them). Cheers. akg
