I am wondering if beyond 1999 you will be permitting members to post
articles for criticism from all of the members before being sent to
the editor of either national or international journals (this is
what is called a pre-E-print archive service).  The author could post
her/his article in Spanish or in English, if the purpose were to
publish in an international journal of rheumatology.
