Great poster.Your conclusion is that c-fos expression is dependent of the maternal behavior performance, rather than of the stress and/or the hormonal level changes. Two questions: since c-fos is considered to be one of the early genes, I am surprised that its expression remained until 12 days. At this time I am not sure what to make of it. Perhaps, you have thought about.
