Your data for the effects of LPS and IL-1 on feeding are very interesting. You mentioned that TNF-a affected feeding only at the highest dose (2.5 ug), what was the specific activity of the TNF-a? We found variations in the potency of TNF-a based upon supplier. Also, I was wondering what type of neuroendocrine and neurochemical effects you have seen with respect to TNF-a?
