What
is the Law?
On Campus Laws:
On campus, in addition to following the Federal Laws explained below,
we also have a Student Code of Conduct. This Code states in Section 14:
"Federal laws with respect to drugs apply on campus. The possession,
use, exchange, manufacture or selling of illegal drugs on campus is strictly
prohibited."
Violations under the Student Code of Conduct are dealt with under the
direction of Dr. Wood, AVP Student
Affairs.
